Rates are charged per audio minute so once the rate is established you will know the exact cost of your transcript before it is started.

Rates will vary in accordance with the degree of difficulty of the audio, which is affected by:

• The industry and its terminology
• The number of speakers involved
• Clarity of the audio (quality of the recording, excessive background noise, speaker’s accent or speech pattern)
• Whether verbatim required
• Any special requirements to be entered into text
• Required turnaround time
